The Wayzata Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a development application from the applicant The Good Clinic, LLC to operate a primary care medical clinic with a retail component at 803 Lake Street East. This location is a part of the Promenade Planned Unit Development (PUD) that limits the uses allowed on the ground floor of building fronting on Lake Street East and Superior Boulevard to retail and restaurants. The PUD agreement provides for non-retail and non-restaurant uses to apply for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to be located in these restricted areas if they encourage pedestrian activity.
